James Serengia - A goal without a plan is just a wish

Greatness is a lot of small things done daily.

The greatest mistake most people do is that they always overestimate what they can achieve in one year, but underestimate what they can achieve in 10 years.

Here is the truth: If you remain OBSESSIVELY FOCUSED on your vision, you’ll be amazed at what you’ll achieve in 10 years. However, if you continue wandering through life with no clear direction, 10 years will fly-by really fast and you’ll still be in the state you are today, and probably worse.

Please don’t lie to yourself. People do not automatically become better with age. To grow, you must be intentional.

Here is the great news to that one person who catches my spirit: Greatness is not this huge mountain that makes you freeze when you think about it. Greatness is a lot of small things done daily.

So, if all is going well for you, this post is not for you. However, if you are not happy with your current state, this is what you can do right now: Sit down, come up with a 5 years plan, break it down into years, months, weeks, and finally days. Then narrow down and be OBSESSIVELY FOCUSED on giving your very best every single day.

Have your vision and the big goals to motivate you but please remember it is the daily-little-steps that get you there. Epic life is not built by what we do once in a while, it is built by what we consistently do.
