Don’t spend your life fighting, spend your life creating!
Whereas ineffective people lose their productive energy fighting what they don’t want, highly effective people focus their energy on creating what they want. They understand the iron law of the universe which states: Whatever you focus on, whether good or bad, EXPANDS!
If all you do is focusing on problems, that is all you will ever have, problems. However, if you turn it around and be laser-like focused on providing solutions…, ooh goodness, everything around you gets better. You see, the world is nourished by the solutions we provide.
From today, instead of fighting, resisting, complaining, and pointing fingers, I challenge us to focus on building, creating and offering solutions. If the room is dark, complaining and blaming won’t help. Lighting your candle will. Let’s remember the ageless words of Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the change you want to see in the world.” And I will add. Be the light you want to see wherever you go!
I can’t imagine how sad it will be to reach the end of our lives only to realize we created nothing because we spent all our lives fighting!
